Give yourself a few minutes today... Stand on your feet preferably outside but if not inside is just fine . Close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. Inhale slowly and deeply bringing your Angels closer to you . Exhale any struggles you are having at the moment....Again inhale your Angels love for you ........Exhale your angels love for you . Again inhale your Angels love for you and exhale your troubles. Ask your Angels to fill this empty space now with their Divine Love feel this love fill your very being. Lovely . Slowly when you are ready open your eyes and come back to your surroundings filled with the love and strength to face your day and week ♥ ♥ ♥
