Peanut Butter and Apple Crisp
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Plain Flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Crunchy Peanut Butter
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
5 cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
Method:
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and salt in a small bowl until well mixed.
Add the peanut butter and butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
Grease and line a 9 x 11 dish.
Place apples in prepared dish.
Top with oat mixture.
Microwave 14 to 16 minutes.
Turn dish through cook time if necessary.
