Bread with dry fruit.
Ingredients:
Dry yeast
Warm water
100 g flour
100 g bran
100 g whole wheat flour
A pinch of salt
4 tablespoons of oil
60 g raisins
60 g prunes
60 g chopped nuts
Method:
Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
In a big bowl mix the flours and the oil.
Pour the yeast mix and mix all the ingredients
When you have obtained a soft dough, add the dry fruit.
Shape small loafs of bread.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
